More about HP INC

HP INC C.E.O. Harry Paden was born in the gritty streets of Harlem, N. Y. At around age 10 his family moved to Newark, N. J. where he attended typical urban schools. In spite of over crowded classrooms, low academic expectations, and the fact that his family resided on Mercer Street in The Scudder Homes Projects Harry was graduated from Central High School in Newark where he ranked 3rd in his graduating class.

Despite his humble beginnings Harry excelled in all academic acumen which allowed him to receive post secondary education at New Jersey's Princeton University and American University in Washington, D. C., two of America's most prestigious schools of higher learning.

Harry's community activism and fight for equality of education for 'all children' has taken him to 26 U. S. cities and to other countries such as Russia, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, London, Czechoslovakia and most recently twice to China (Chengdu 2008 & Fuzhou 2014).

In October 2008 Harry was invited on an 'all-expense-paid' trip to Chengdu, China (home of the world-renowned Chinese Panda's) by the U.S./China Exchange Association (UCEA) because of his continued work to better provide equal education to all children. Check out the 3 slide show photo displays on his 'China trip slide show' website page!

Harry was invited back to China in May 2014. This time UCEA facilitated another 'all-expense-paid' trip to Fuzhou, China for Harry & former Newark, NJ Mayor the honorable Sharpe James.

Harry's 2 trips to China have opened a unique relationship which has enabled him to host several visits to America by Chinese Nationals in order to interact with Americans of various ages from youth to senior citizens.

Displayed below are photo's from these numerous China/American interactions:

A month after Harry & Mayor James returned from their four day trip to Fuzhou, China (June 2014) they were invited by the owner of the San Sheng Corp., a large Chinese redevelopment company, (he paid for all the expenses of their 1st Class trip to Fuzhou, China) & his wife to the elegant Tang Pavilion in New York.
